Presenting online via the Office Presentation Service

The Office Presentation Service is a free tool and requires absolutely no setup or sign-in. It allows the owner of a document to share the document online with others. It is really useful for presenting content such as training, marketing, or a presentation walk-through.

The owner can edit the document, and then resume the presentation and push the changes, making them viewable to the audience. After presenting, the updated document or notes can be sent to the meeting participants via OneNote.
