So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Exploring Formulas
In previous chapters, we looked at how to build the skeleton of our app by using screens with controls to build the user interface. In this chapter, we will begin to look at how we can use functions within Power Apps to start building up functionality within our app.
While there is a multitude of functions that exist within Power Apps, this chapter will focus on the more commonly used functions and look at how they can be used to create formulas. Many of the formulas will be illustrated using examples. We will also look at variables as a way of storing data that can be used with formulas.
