“You can maintain a normal life and still do something enjoyable like this—you don’t have to sacrifice one for the other,” Art Director, Lui Francisco describes the vision behind Bedlam, a Toronto-based development studio owned by Groove Games. In an industry where employees often work grueling hours, it’s refreshing to hear that the team at Bedlam is committed to a standard forty-hour work week. “The concept is that if you try to be organized from the beginning, commit to a plan, you can avoid a lot of the headaches that most development teams have to go through later on.”
