In the 1960s, it took a group of four moptops from Liverpool to cement EMI’s reputation as Britain’s premier recording company. Forty years later, with the former London headquarters in decay, developers looked to a different group of Liverpudlians to promote the site’s redevelopment. They commissioned Uniform, a design studio with a strong VFX background, to produce a film that would generate excitement about the proposed regeneration.
