Lesson 13Unwrapping UVs

UVs determine how textures appear on the surface. Mesh object surfaces, because of the arbitrary nature of their topology, do not have predictable UVs. Before you can texture a mesh object surface, its UVs must be properly set up. In this lesson, you will unwrap Liujing’s geometry.

How to relax and unfold UVs;

How to cut and sew UVs.
