Chapter 4. Culture and Behaviors
In Chapter 2, No Pain, No Gain, we learned that asking people to be open and honest is not easy unless you set the environment up to allow for it to happen. The culture and environment have to be such that honest disclosure can take place, and you have to ensure that every participant agrees to behave according to the flexible rules set out. We will now take this newfound knowledge and expand upon it to ensure the culture and behaviors throughout the organization are set up to allow for—what can be—potentially massive change.
