4. The Wireframes

iOS 7 wireframes are kind of funny. You could almost argue that the whole iOS 7 aesthetic concept is “really stylish wireframes.” The unadorned, f lattened, rational shapes make final iOS 7 mockups look not all that different, at a glance, from the wireframes that preceded them.

But there are still levels of detail you don’t want to get too far into at this stage. iOS 7 deals in grays that vary with extremely fine increments of brightness, where a 1% difference really matters. Typography is a more precise affair; subtle variations in weight make a big difference. Don’t get caught up in such stuff just yet. Block out where things go, and work out the details later.
