8/80 rule of WBS: This is a rule of thumb used in the context of breaking down work from the scope into the schedule. Refer to Chapter 6, Work Breakdown Structure – the Single Critical Factor.

Accrue (field): Resource cost can be accrued either at the beginning of a task or as the work progresses (prorated), or at completion. The default value is Prorated. The primary location of this field is the Resource Sheet. Refer to Chapter 5, Resource Management with Microsoft Project.
