Administration of the LTI

The LTI is not a measure of personality or information-processing style. It is not meant to be used to label individuals nor to suggest immutable trait-based abilities or motivational preferences. Use of this survey for any purpose other than to increase self-awareness for personal development is a misuse of the tool.

THE LTI SHOULD BE ADMINISTERED PRIOR TO ANY EXPLANATION or discussion of the four tactics: Action, Thinking, Feeling, and Accessing Others.
