The CLICS Tool in Total
In prior chapters for the individual CLICS domains, we reviewed some typical pitfalls stakeholders encounter when talking about learning solutions. The key to successfully obtaining the necessary information from stakeholders is a matter of asking good questions.
In this chapter, we consider the CLICS Tool as a whole with some senior stakeholders who are a little more thoughtful about the factors for effective learning outcomes. This time around, we revisit Scenario 1 to see if the stakeholders can focus a bit more on what is required to support their colleagues.
