Getting to Gold

Through the iterative process of development, implementation, and evaluation, the last phase of successive approximation takes guidance from the design proof, produces three deliverables: the alpha, beta, and gold releases. As always, each cycle addresses a relatively small amount of work so that evaluation reviews can affirm that the path is correct. If it is not, correction can be made without too much time and effort having been wasted.
