Frequently Asked Questions
Following are some frequently asked questions and their answers:
- Do I have to successfully complete all the primary mission objectives? No. Points will be awarded for any objectives completed, but the bonus points for all missions completed successfully will not be available. (Thankfully there are no real lives at stake here, right?)
- What if my robot completes all the mission objectives but touches the capacitor as it’s leaving? You will get all points for Interface Port 2, the heat sink, and the memory module (objectives 1–3), plus those points for avoiding the kinetic charging gears. You will not receive any bonus points, however, as your robot did not leave the challenge area and it failed the “avoid capacitor” ...
