CASE STUDIES
We first introduced the concept of Cafeteria Learning to learners at the ASTD Cascadia Chapter’s 2012 conference “Back to Basics and Beyond.” Since that time, we have refined the method to its current form. This chapter presents some of our case studies with reactions from learners and organizations who were keen to participate in this new method of learning.
