I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

DESIGN IT YOURSELF
The Design It Yourself lever is an invitation for creativity. It gives you the opportunity and responsibility to develop change efforts, processes, and tools that fit for you and your organization. You’re also encouraged to revise them as needed as you move forward in your work. Many ten-step formulas, eight-phase methods, and six-point prescriptions exist to guide you through change efforts. Don’t feel trapped following someone else’s recipe for success. At the same time, don’t ignore them. Adopt and adapt what works for you. Toss the rest. Do only the work you need to ensure success.
