Assess Organization Readiness

Have you ever been handed a new solution without any idea or knowledge of the solution and why it was being implemented? I’m talking about you as an end user of the solution and not the business analyst. Chances are you didn’t use it. You definitely didn’t use it as effectively as you could have.
