Leaders Make Decisions. Decisions Don't Make a Leader.
When you are finding your feet as a leader, it's tough at the top, but it's even tougher at the bottom.
One of the best things about running your own business is that you can't get fired from it!
Well technically you can if you lose control, but if you've lost control, it's no longer your business. So always maintain control.
This doesn't mean you can't bring people in to support you, or not trust anyone. But do ensure that those who are coming on the journey actually want to be on your journey.
Think of it a bit like the Wizard of Oz. Everyone has a reason for coming along, and so they should, but the last thing you want is the Wicked Witch tagging along.
