Never trust a skint telemarketer. If they're that good at what they do, why the hell are they skint? Same goes for telemarketers who offer their services via an email.
The best cold callers I've ever met are either drug addicts, alcoholics or mental.
The most effective one I ever had the good fortune to work with, way back, was all three. He also was skint, because he spent all his money on drugs and alcohol to help deal with his issues.
