Kickstart Options

Any decent cluster installation of any size can be done automatically to save time and effort. With just a few guidelines, you can make a kickstart install of your Red Hat Linux box to populate any number of machines quickly and easily. The good thing is that with minimal pre-planning, you can install all your Red Hat servers from a floppy. Install the floppy, turn on the box, come back about an hour later, and you’ve got a fully installed server ready to put into production. And it’s not an image, but a freshly installed machine.
