Chapter 11. GO FISHING

You are never going to get everything right first time. Did you know that according to business guru Tom Peters, the Sony Corporation takes about five days to go from having an idea to having a product to test in the marketplace? Compare this to most companies, which on average take 11 months to achieve the same thing.

Why is there such a difference? It would appear that Sony is not chasing perfection. It is looking for feedback, which it can take and build into its next efforts.

Don't aim for perfection. Give yourself permission to be imperfect.
