Shara M. Chang, Esq., is an associate attorney of BuckleySandler in Washington, D.C. She represents finance industry clients in regulatory and compliance matters. Chang was previously an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm, where she advised clients on bank regulatory matters and corporate transactions. Chang is president-elect of the Greater Washington Area Division of the National Bar Association and a member of the board of directors of My Girlfriend's House Inc., a nonprofit organization empowering at-risk young girls and women. She received her JD from Howard University (cum laude), where she was executive publications editor for the Howard Law Journal.

Frank E. Correll Jr., JD, is a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, D.C. His practice encompasses complex civil and health care litigation, internal investigations, and SEC and other government enforcement matters. Before joining Skadden, he was a senior associate in the Dispute Analysis and Investigations practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Correll received his BA from the College of William and Mary and his JD from William and Mary Law School.

Elizabeth A. Evans, JD, MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, and certified in financial forensics, is a managing director in the Los Angeles office of FTI Consulting.
