Santa Cruz Public Library: learning and using Library 2.0
Abstract:
This chapter introduces a series of innovative library programs and services offered by SCPL in its efforts to bring a local community to the world in the era of Library 2.0. Included are its attendance at international conferences, and 23 Things @SCPL – a learning Library 2.0 program – and its effects on staff members and future library services.
