Using social tools: Staff Picks in blogs
Abstract:
This chapter discusses in detail how the blog, one of the social media, has been used in the context of SCPL’s services for its community. The blog has remained a favorite medium with both staff and community members, due to its unique combination of attributes, such as advocacy, currency, relevancy, two-way communication, and promotion.
