I’m back in film! Well that’s what it feels like with carrying around a recorder again. For years I enjoyed not having to “roll sound.” I liked sending sound to the camera to be recorded. No labeling reels, or DAT cases, no sync issues—life was all about getting the best quality sound into and out of my mixer.
