Mindset
Mindset is the intellectual foundation of creativity, the baseline capacity each of us has for getting inspired, staying inspired, and thinking differently.
There are millions of possible ways to find inspiration in the workplace. However, having worked with thousands of people in corporations all over the world, we have identified four behaviors that are absolutely essential to becoming—and staying—inspired. Together, these four acts, which we call “thinking disciplines,” produce a creative, inspired mindset:
- Change your perspective
- Take risks
- Find your passion
- Challenge assumptions and embrace ambiguity
