5.4. Mean Coding–Based Lossless Hiding Schemes

The aforementioned data hiding schemes in the BTC domain modify either the BTC encoding stage or the BTC-compressed data according to the secret bits, and they have no ability to reduce the bit rate but may reduce the image quality. To reduce the bit rate and increase the hiding capacity, this section introduces our three reversible data hiding schemes for BTC-compressed images, which can further losslessly encode the BTC-compressed data according to secret data.
