Folders are design elements that, much like Views, present a sorted and/or categorized list of documents. There is one important difference, however: Folders do not use a selection formula to determine which documents to display; folders only display documents that are either manually or programmatically added. Each row in a folder represents one document in the database and users can double-click that row to open the underlying document.
To create a folder, follow these steps:
Click Folders in the Design pane to see a list of all the existing folders in the database.
