Abstract

This chapter discusses the main issues analysed in previous chapters of this book related to energy security in Europe. It reframes the public discourse surrounding Europe's energy security agenda, highlighting the role of human factor. Finally, it provides a number of recommendations and guidelines for supporting policy-makers.
