Throughout this book I will be introducing you to people who have switched (or added) a Mac to their lives. Some of these will be people from the Apple ads (I call them “celebrity Switchers”), and the others will be people who responded to Apple’s request for Switcher stories—but didn’t get into the ads—or to a request I put out on ZDNet AnchorDesk.
