The Finder

If you click the Apple “face” icon at the far left of your Dock or any empty spot on the Desktop, you will enter the Finder, analogous to My Computer in Windows. This is where you navigate to find files and folders. From every Finder window you can enter a search phrase and find anything that eludes you (Figure 6.11).
