The big question everyone asks when they consider switching from Windows to the Mac is, “Are the applications I need available?”

We’re too good of friends for me to lie to you—or merely shade the truth—by telling you this isn’t a legitimate concern. So let’s have a talk about that and some other software-related issues.

Should I be concerned because there aren’t as many applications for Mac OS as there are for Windows?
