Introduction
Finder Preferences allow you to control how you interact with your desktop, windows, and icons. You can access Finder Preferences from the Finder menu. Finder Preferences are grouped into four main areas: General, Labels, Sidebar, and Advanced. The Finder Preferences window is a central location to set Finder related options.
