Chapter 3. Communicating via E-mail and Chat
Mac OS X comes with the Apple Mail application, which you can use to exchange e-mail messages. Once you enter your account details into Mail, you can send e-mail to friends, family, colleagues, and even total strangers almost anywhere in the world. You can also attach documents, images, and other types of files to your e-mail messages. With Mail you can also read the messages that people send to you, reply to those messages, and forward those messages to other people.
