Setting Up Your Pages (BW)

With your printer properly set up, it's time to print. Well, almost time.

You don't necessarily print the same kinds of documents the same way every time you print. For example, you might want to print on large paper one time, letter-size paper the next time. You may want to print a color page as black and white or print a scaled-down version of a large page. In short, once your printer is set up and you're ready to print, it's time to set up the page so that it prints the way you want. To set up a page for printing, you'll use the Mac's Page Setup and Print dialog boxes.

Frankly, I find it confusing that the Mac divides your printing options between two dialog boxes—Page Setup and Print—because I think they overlap. ...
