Page Layout and Desktop Publishing (KT)
Thanks to modern technology, any Mac user with an idea and a design can sit at the computer and arrange pages of type, digitized photos, graphics, and other elements. A few mouse clicks let you reproduce your pages faithfully, printing a few copies on an in-house desktop inkjet or laser printer or hundreds or thousands of copies by sending files to an outside service for output on such high-end equipment as imagesetters, computer-to-plate systems, or high-capacity direct digital printers.
