Brad Halstead plays an active roll in the support forums for Dreamweaver, Contribute, and Project Seven. He is HTML 4.01 Certified. Recently, Brad co-authored Dreamweaver MX Templates and has been accepted as a Team Macromedia Member for Contribute.

While providing support for Contribute 1.0 and 2.0, I noticed that there was no method of creating accessible links in navigational elements of the page. Because it’s important that the navigational elements be accessible. I had to figure out a way of enforcing that—hence this project.
