Making it manageable with Change Pieces
Change Pieces are the activities that will make up your change. They are broad packages of work which relate to the Hooks. Making your change plan into Change Pieces immediately makes something which is large, unwieldy and difficult to make happen, into a series of smaller, easier to understand and implementable pieces. Change Pieces are not deliverables but are things that happen. A deliverable would be ‘Testing complete’, a Change Piece would be ‘Systems testing’.
