7 Understand the emotional bank account
Change is about people. Anything else, I call a project. Installing a new IT system is a project. Fitting out a building is a project. Releasing a new product to market is a project. Change involves emotional journeys, however short, for people to make.
It is also important to understand that people are not always rational in how they make decisions and take actions.
