16 Little changes, little celebrations
Change is a continuous process, which can last months or even years, so it’s important to celebrate progress along the way to keep momentum yourself and with your team.
The longest change process I ever undertook was in 2005 and lasted nearly three years. Ironically, it was called the ‘BIG Project’.
