21 The signs of failure
There are a number of common signs of a change failing. If you can see them and deal with them, you have the opportunity to continue to make successful change happen. If you chose to ignore them, it does not take too long before they will stop your change in its tracks. I positioned this chapter in the final part, but these signs can appear anywhere along your change journey. They are more acute at the end as there is normally less time to put them right.
