Fear is paralysing, it is the enemy of progress. Fear can glue you on the spot. Through the belief work we did in Step 12, you may have started to reduce the impact of some of your fears. Well done. However, there may be some more ingrained beliefs and fears that you have yet to uncover. In this step, we will approach challenges from another angle and start asking “What are you scared of?”.
