In this step, we will look at how you can keep momentum high and “friction” low by finding clever ways to remove resistance and reduce stress rather than to push harder against obstacles. Deadlocks are created when two opposing forces push against each other with equal strength, for example your desire to move ahead and the stress caused by a fear.
