I am a big fan of the original book in this series, Founders at Work. One thing that stuck with me about the stories in Founders at Work is the fact that CEOs of massive, successful Internet companies are just regular people who have overcome many obstacles and failures. Great projects, great companies, and great products don’t just happen. These things start with one or more people who have the enthusiasm and desire to challenge what everyone else has done before them.
