Imagine that you are the manager of a remote team. It is Monday and you arrive at your serviced office at 10:30 am, having spent the first part of the morning dropping your children at school and attending a dental appointment. You intend to remain in the office until 3:00 pm and then take an hour to collect your children and go home, where you will work until 8:00 pm. Tomorrow you plan to join a colleague at a local library to work together on a joint project.
