We are not machines making impersonal decisions. Our values and those of the organisations within which we work impact on the way we make decisions and on priorities. Any healthy organisation is mindful of the behaviours operating within the organisation and is regularly reviewing the values that it wants to encourage. The healthy organisation recognises that individuals are themselves made up of various beliefs and values and are not just intellectual or emotional beings.
