Select the Solution and Set the Objectives

In many human capital analytics projects, the challenge lies in choosing the appropriate solution that is properly aligned to the business. Usually, several solutions are possibilities, so securing a proper match is critical. This step also involves setting objectives at least at four levels—reaction, learning, application, and impact—and in some cases a fifth level, ROI. This chapter explains how to select solutions from various scenarios, modify a particular solution to deliver the value needed, and develop specific objectives for all five levels.
