Making Stuff Up: Reacting Objectively
Over the last 15 years or so I have participated in many religious classes, retreats, and personal development workshops, in search of transformational spiritual insights and practices that I can teach and put to use. In retrospect, one of the most powerful spiritual lessons that I’ve learned, though, came from a business management seminar that I attended several years ago. The focus of this seminar was the usual material that one would expect: ways to increase productivity, control costs, exceed client expectations, and improve the work product.
