Project Management Insights in Musical Creativity

This chapter explores a number of different aspects of musical creativity considered to be of particular relevance to project management (PM) in other contexts. Introducing first consideration of creative context and impact, motivation and practice, discussion then focuses on the areas outlined in Figure 3.1, the palette of options available to composers in different contexts, and how interpretive processes might be related to PM practice.
