Introduction

The team is often overlooked when considering the stakeholder community and how to engage them. Downwards stakeholders working on the project (the team) can be staff (employees) or contractors and full time, part time, or for a specified period of time. The team members, whether individuals or groups, may contribute through roles such as planners, technical specialists, business analysts, or team leads.
