It is important to understand that this is an ever-developing listing, and organizations should attempt to remain abreast of developments, especially in activities adjacent to their own business sector.

The EU taxonomy characterizes differing “industries” in terms of their Sustainability impacts and credentials. At the time of writing, the basic breakdown for industries in which significant contribution to Sustainability objectives may be anticipated was as follows:
