Displays of racism in the corporate world are shocking because it is not often that such blatant racial slurs are heard in a work environment. Many people believe that there are no such problems in their workplace. What type of corporate culture leads to this obviously inappropriate behavior, hostile work environment, and poor use of corporate time and energy?
